Data Packet Sniffer Programming

In this concluding part of the packet sniffing series, we will look at how to parse the Data in a TCP packet. It is important to understand here that this data may contain headers of higher protocols such as HTTP. It is left to the user as an exercise to write parsers for these higher layer protocols. In this video we will find the offset of the data from the beginning of the packet and display the packet in the form of a hex dump.
