RC4 Basics Presentation

RC4 or ARC4 is a cryptographic stream cipher which as invented by Ron Rivest and is used in a variety of networking protocols such as SSL and WEP (wireless security). The RC4 has 2 main steps - the Key Scheduling Algorithm step (KSA) and the Pseudo Random Generation Algorithm (PRGA) using which it generates the keystream to be used for encryption. As it is a stream cipher, every keystream byte generated by the algorithm encrypts exactly one byte of the plain text. In the RC4 basics presentation, we will try and understand how to implement the RC4 programmatically in C code.
