http://www.parosproxy.org/I first used Paros when using the HacME Casino vulnerable web application; its basically a proxy for viewing/editing HTTP messages such as POST and GET, on the fly -- it has a awesome "Trap" function which lets you pause the page loading after each HTTP request or response.
