Description: Kevin talks about his early life in the last HOPE conference this year. He narrates short stories from his old phone phreaking days, where they make free phone calls, intercept directory services and play pranks on phone customers. Then he moves on to how he was able to monitor phone calls, trace usage, track individual numbers etc using the saas system of Pacific Bell. He than talks about how he monitored the FBI agents who were behind him and knew where they were physically using the mobile cell station proximity to find that out. In the end he demos how to unmask a caller ID which shows up as private.
In my opinion the talk is really great, the narration and story telling was done quite well by Mitnick. Definitely a great watch.
