Description: This tutorial video will guide you through a very simple buffer overflow exploit.
I'm very new to this and I've learnt a lot from tutorials and other security tube vids. I decided to do this video because I beleive it would have helped me when I was leaning, so hopefully it will help you.
Please let me know if there's anything I could add, anything I've got wrong or if you have any comments in general.

Great video, easy to follow and understand. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
Thanks for creating this great video. Interesting, clear and informative. There is such a big jump from the theory to execution, so it's great to see videos that take you through each step in real terms. Hope to see more from you!
Really done a good job....
Thanks guys. Your feedback really is appreciated.
Dude, that video was amazing! I don't have a clue what you are talking about most of the time! LOL I don't know assembly, Perl, or programming on in the shell on Linux but I SOOOO want to learn it all now! Great job man, if you had a course I would take it! keep up the good work
Great video!
I have always wanted to learn how to code exploits, would you say that this is a basic introduction into that field or have i missed the point?
Great vid!
nice vid m8 ;-)
Very nice my friend! Hope to see more videos from you in the future :)
Vivek
Thank you all :)
Middle.
This isn't exactly an introduction into coding exploits, just buffer overflows. But they are certainly bugs that can be exploited. There are probably more buffer overflow bugs out "in the wild" than any other vulnerability so it's worth learning more if you want to code your own exploits.
Great Video, you made it look too easy! could u make some more videos please? maybe show how to weaponise your exploit for this simple program.
Awesome, covered the concepts, now it is just imagination to grow from here.
great video!
