Very nice video on how to build a VNC backdoor from scratch. In Part 1, the author downloads a standard windows VNC software and configures it on the local machine. This makes sure that all the needed settings are stored in the registry. He then copies the essential files from the VNC server directory, along with a dump of the the registry entires into a new folder and bundles them into a single executable. This executable is the backdoor program. In Part 2, he proceeds to use Metasploit to compromise a machine and uploads the VNC server backdoor and finally executes it :)
