  If we found some file. And we know inside the picture there is some messages available. So how to crack that file, is it possible ?

  I thing if you sure that inside any file there is some data or messages. So that file is Encrypted with some algorithm or nothing you have to understand algorithms. After that you can crack that file maybe it is not easy but possible i think.
