3, wireshark
4, wireshark filter: http.cookie contains datr
5, firefox with installed greasemonkey and cookieinjector script (google is your best friend)
6, save cookie in wireshark
7, go to facebook.com in firefox
8, hit ALT+C and paste it
9, press F5 (refresh)

  They leave out on step 8... They have greasemonkey addon installed and the greasemonkey script wireshark cookie injector. The ALT+C is activating the script.
