In this video, we will look at how to setup GDB on other platforms such as ARM. The first problem is how do we get access to ARM hardware? Some of you might use your phones but the vast majority would prefer an environment on their laptops. In order to do this, we will use Debian ARMEL and run it on QEMU which will emulate ARM CPU and hardware. There are many ways to get up and running with a Debian setup on QEMU ARM and I take the easiest route because the whole idea is to work on GDB here :) not Qemu :) Enjoy the video!
